What IndigiMatch collects, why, who sees it, and how to have it changed or removed. Written to be read, not scrolled past.
When a business submits a company profile or a Vendor Readiness Form, we collect what the form asks for: company identity and contacts, Indigenous ownership and control details, certifications and registrations, security and compliance posture, capabilities, workforce figures, past performance, commercial readiness, and teaming interests. When you email us, we keep the correspondence.
The website itself does not use analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own. The web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
To verify that a business is Indigenous-owned and controlled against public registries, to record what it can do, and to match it to procurement opportunities where a buyer has an obligation the business can help meet. That is the only purpose. We do not use vendor information for marketing and we do not sell it.
The IndigiMatch team at Aftawork AI Labs, and the prime contractors or government buyers your business is matched to, for the specific engagement it is matched to. Where an engagement is delivered under licence by an operator working with a prime contractor, that operator sees the information needed for the engagement and is bound by the same restrictions. No one else.
Form submissions are sent by email to welcome@indigimatch.ai and held in Microsoft 365 with data residency in Canada. Working records are held on systems controlled by Aftawork AI Labs in Canada. The website is hosted in Canada. Nothing is stored on the web server after a form is sent.
For as long as your business wants to be listed, and for the life of any engagement it has been matched to, because participation plans and compliance records refer back to it. Ask and we will remove it, subject to records we are required to keep for an engagement already reported to a client or the Crown.
You can ask what we hold about your business, have it corrected, have it withdrawn from matching, or have it deleted. Write to welcome@indigimatch.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
